Lectures and Workshops
The online classes (audio only) are each 2 hours long and are composed of approximately 75% lecture and 25% interactive workshop.
During the lecture portion of the class, Andrea teaches, shows videos, shares diagrams and illustrations custom-made for her teachings, and asks questions of the students that can be answered right on screen in our online classroom. She also provides quizzes so that you can test your knowledge at incremental points throughout the course.
You are encouraged to listen in live, but if your schedule doesn't allow, you can listen at any time. We have had many students complete the entire FBS course by listening to the recordings and participating on the Message Board, which is available 24-7.
